By signing this petition we are encouraging the City Commissioners to appoint Kenneth Martin as Mt. Juliet's new City Manager. We do not feel a nation-wide Search is necessary to fill this position, nor that the new manager should be required to have previous city manager experience. We believe Kenneth is capable and will represent the city in the finest of manners as he has in the past by being our Chief of Police and presently as The Economic Community Development Director/City Liaison. We want someone like Kenny who has a vested interest in our city!
