Kerry Earnhardt to Dale Earnhardt Inc,

We, the undersigned, hereby petition Dale Earnhardt, Inc. to hire on Kerry Earnhardt as a driver in the Nascar Busch Grand National Series. As Kerry Earnhardt is a son of the founder of this organization and rightfully should be allowed to prove his racing capabilities at this organization as his half brother, Dale Earnhardt, Jr. has been allowed to. We believe that Kerry Earnhardt possesses the ability and skill to field a Nascar Busch Grand National Racing car if given the proper equipment in which to do so. In honor of Kerry's father, Dale Earnhardt, we ask that this action be taken quickly and promptly.
