Lavert Jones, Ilinois Wrongful Conviction Torture Victim seeking Criminial Conviction Expungement

I am asking for the support of the community to respond to this call for action. I am seeking to have a criminal conviction expunged from my record. My name is Lavert Jones and I served 19 years and 9 months for a crime I did not commit. I was tortured and beaten, and wrongfully convicted. I was not mention but along with the the most publicized and influential miscarriage of justice in Illinois, the Anthony Porter case. By sheer luck Porter's innocense was discovered and he was exonerated and released. My innocense is now discovered now that John Burges has been convicted for this inhuman behavior.

Since my release, the most difficult issues i am facing is the criminal conviction remains on my name. I am appealing to the community for your support in pressuring the Criminal Justice Department and Authorities to clear my name and let me go on with my life.
