Motorized bicycles have been all of a sudden and unfaily illegal to ride on the roads and everyone who Is caught riding one is subject to arrest. They say it has to be registered as a motorized veichle and yet the dmv refuses to do so. We never even got a vote on this and the laws are very contradicting and confusing. We owners of Gas and electric motorized bicycles have been unfairly treated and discriminated against. Motorized bicycles are very safe and fuel efficent and saves money time and gas. this statute says they are legal to ride! as says in section f # 3

What i would like to to get a petition going to make them either street legal. Or Be able to register them with the DMV legally.
They are a very cheap and efficent source of transportation and Reduces pollution. and are very safe to use if ridden properly!
Let's not allow others who have never ridden one make our decisions for us.

They are Motor Assisted Bicycles which there is already a Federal Law for motor assisted bicycles.

why should a bike have to go throu the d.m.v.the tax payers pay enough.please do not tax our bikes be cause we put a small gas engin on it...........
