Letter to Dream Execution to provide better service to WarRock.

Hello DE Customer Service Representative / Staff,

This letter is concerning the game you develop, "WarRock." We (The undersigned) are paying members for this game, and we wish our thoughts to be heard. The development of WarRock has come a long way from when it started, however most recently it's come to our attention that your motivation (or lack thereof) to expediate the process of certain Bug Fixes, and resolution of countless technical issues, is unfair to both us, and K2.

Your average end-user does not know who to blame for the sub-par response timing for the resolution of these issues, and though this is no fault of yours; it reflects poorly on K2 Networks, who we feel deserve better. For 15 USD per month, we (The undersigned) feel that more attentiveness and timely response is due. Other playable games charge an equal ammount; and deliver far more content and much faster conflict resolution. We feel that it is only fair that you (Dream Execution) deliver better service to this project, because we believe that should it be given more attention, and more dedication to delivering conflict resolutions in a timely manner, that it would be in a much better state of affairs. This would result in the End-User / Public oppinion of the project reflecting much better than it is now, which means more good thoughts about Dream Execution, and less negative thoughts about the lack of quality for our monthly payements.

This letter has been drafted in hopes that you (Dream Execution) will take into consideration what we (The paying members of this game; The Undersigned) have said, and increase your attention and work-dedication to WarRock, in efforts to make it a better game, and to deliver what we (The paying members of this game; The Undersigned) feel is due.
