We the Sikh Sangats from various Gurudwaras in the USA, Canada and Europe are highly disturbed and extremely saddened by the immoral activities of Baba? Daljit Singh of Chicago. There is irrefutable evidence against Baba? Daljit Singh. This documented evidence proves that he has been involved in extramarital relationships and other immoral activities. The documentary evidence to support these claims includes:





1. Baba? Daljit Singh was caught on the night of November 17-18, 2005 in a Wauconda Motel with a woman other than his wife. There were eyewitnesses to his presence in room number 5. They eyewitnesses have signed a sworn and notarized affidavit.





2. Amritsar Times, a very popular newspaper published from California, investigated the entire incident and printed a thorough report. This report includes police reports and other interviews that confirm the immoral activities of Baba? Daljit Singh.





3. There are police reports and records confirming Baba? Daljit Singhs presence at the Motel and his being in room number 5 with a woman. Also, a law firm has conducted independent interviews with the police officers and confirmed that all the information relating to the Baba? And his hotel night is in fact true.





4. Baba? Daljit Singh has also collected money in the name of being a Sikh Parcharak and has misused the funds collected in this manner.





Because Baba? Daljit Singh claimed to be righteous and upstanding Sikh. However, this was just a mask to cover-up his true intentions of misleading innocent Sikh Sangats. We appeal to you to take strong action against a man who pretends to be upholding Sikh values and ideals.





We expect that this Baba? Daljit Singh will not be given any opportunity to ever speak or use any Panthic outlets to address any congregations as a Sikh leader. He has used his power and influence as a Sikh Preacher to amass personal wealth and has abused and defamed the honorable role of Sikh Preachers.





The Akal Takht Sahib should ban Baba? Daljit Singh from representing the Sikh people and the Sikh faith. The Akal Takht Sahib should excommunicate Baba? Daljit Singh from the Sikh Panth. Also, all of Baba? Daljit Singhs wealth, personal and from his various Deras, should be distributed among those less fortunate. These funds should be particularly distributed to the victims of 1984 both those in Punjab and those who suffered in the Delhi pogroms.
