Liberty And Justice For Facial Hair On Dave's Face

This is a petition to David Pinder aka "The Leather Fox" and any others that may have control over his facial hair, asking that effective immediately, all Dave's efforts be concentrated 110\% on growing back and maintaining a fanny-like goatee beard on his face.

Since The Fanny's tragic demise in 2005, many fans who supported Dave when he had it, as well as many newcomers, have been shocked by the lack of fanny of his face.

The actions in question consist of the shaving of hair Mr. Pinder had previously kept on his face, and removing any and all said hair from his face to leave a bald, boring, fannyless face.

Those who are in charge of David Pinder's face seem to feel that the public can no longer handle a thing of such magnificance, in that they feel we will not like Dave if he has a fanny on his face. In fact, the opposite is true. Many Dave fans clamor and pine for a fanny that would consist of a goatee-style moustache and chin beard, and it would be consistent and in keeping with what Mr. Pinder actually previously had on his face.

This has led to people creating bootleg photographs of Mr Pinder's face whereas to create a false image of facial hair that is no longer present.

We do not mind the remastering or tweaking of fanny on face, but the shaving of entire beards, moustaches, and even removing and censoring parts of Mr. Pinder's fanny is something we cannot tolerate.

This petition will be sent to http://www.faceparty.com/vor76, the official home of David Pinder, and will of course be signed by all of us dissatisfied fans in the hopes that our voices will be heard and things will change.

We shall close this petition with a quote from Mr. Pinder himself, from one of his classic sayings:

"I love ale almost as much as I used to love a fanny on my face"

We hope that those in the Pinder household who read this shall strongly consider these words from Mr. Pinder himself and then rectify the fanny process until it is consistent with the message in this and many other of Mr. Pinder's photographs, for the sake of his true fans and his legacy.
