The Virginia State Bumber height law is too low. I think Virginia should be like the other 15 States. If the lift kit is done right no home made stuff it should be fine too go high. If a place sales it to buy for the truck it should be legal. If your thinking that if the bumbers to high they will run over top of other cars/truck a good driver shouldn't run over any body.
