Limit advertising before movies are shown

Respectfully, the undersigned request you alter our Constitutution's First Ammendment to limit freedom of speech in for-profit theaters and movie houses to exclude, without exception, the presentation of any commercial advertising visual or audio presentation prior to a movie other than to briefly inform patrons of:
a) films being shown (or to be shown) by the proprietor ("shorts"),
b) food or drink currently available in the theater lobby,
c) announcements to keep quiet or take your trash out, and
d) on-line ticket services (provided they make 50\% of 1st-time viewers laugh)
We feel this limitation is both reasonable and necessary to protect the move-going public against this assault by unbridled marketers. We feel that the cinema experience is at grave risk of being lost to history and that ten bucks for a flick should be 'nuff to avoid ads for cars, soft drinks, cosmetics, and the like.
