We, the undersigned, and patrons of the local bars and clubs in New Jersey -- as well as the fans of M.A.A.'s Entertainment -- feel that the recent passing of the The New Jersey Smoke-Free Air Act is unfair and infringes on the rights of smokers. It adversely affects the business of said bars and clubs, and that of the individuals who are employed by such. What's more, the ban does not yet affect New Jersey's 12 casinos, the revenue from which finances New Jersey's Government. We request a reversal of this ban to allow for the restoration of another substantial revenue stream in New Jersey, as well as the livelihood of those people who work in bars, clubs, and resteraunts and who depend on a steady clientele, some of whom do in fact smoke.
