PETITION to the HON. STEVEN PETERS, MINISTER of LABOUR, and the HON. DALTON McGUINTY, PREMIER of ONTARIO:
We, the undersigned, share a concern regarding the lack of Workplace Safety Insurance Coverage for many workers in Ontario. It is our desire that our Provincial Government should review and amend the specifications of the Workplace Safety Insurance Act (WSIA), making it mandatory for all employers in Ontario to participate in, and contribute to, the WSIB (Workplace Safety Insurance Board).
