We believe we speak for a solid majority of our fellow Americans in urging members of Congress to actively oppose the "more than 20,000" increase of our troops in Iraq that President Bush announced on January 10th. In pursuit of this goal, Congressman Meehan submitted H.RES.41 on January 9th. We ask that each of you give serious consideration to cosponsoring his legislation, and then supporting it should it ever rise to the point of being voted on for final passage.
