Microsoft Should Allow Users the Freedom of Choice

In the new Beta version of Internet Explorer 7, made by Microsoft, there is a new feature. This feature is a new search box in the top right corner, much like other browsers such as FireFox and Opera contain. The difference, and that this search box uses MSN by default, and Microsoft refuses to make it easier to switch the default search engine. Currently, you have to go through a long process through the Options menu to change the default. Because of this, many users will either not be able to or not bother with changing it. But users should have the freedom to choose which search engine they want, easily too. Why is Microsoft limiting users ability to make there own choices?

By signing this petition, you are agreeing that Microsoft should include a simple solution like a drop down box where users can choose their search engine to use from a list of some popular search engines.

Google has already submitted this concern to the US Justice Department, but Microsoft is yet to budge. Please show Microsoft how you want users to have freedom by signing this petition.
