Military Mon On Twitter

A Few months ago the #MilitaryMon hashtag was started on Twitter and it has picked up some major steam and is getting the word out of sending messages of support to our troops serving and at home. Injured soldiers returning home, their families and of course we can not forget our fallen heroes. On Monday July 6th at three separate occasions #Militarymon was in the top six trending items on hashtags.org and wthashtag.com but yet it did not show in the Twitter trending topics.
I have emailed and @replied Twitter asking if the militarymon tag had been blocked and have gotten no response. Someone pointed out to me today that: in word define MON / mon = stock symbol for MONsanto not allowed in trend appication. If this is the case and Twitter is seeing "MON" as a non recognized word we want to know.
By signing the petition you are asking to remove the block(If there is one) on #Militarymon so that we can help get the word out even more.
What makes #MilitaryMon successful? Well So far through the last few months of being a part of it I have met many soldiers, families, supporters, veterans, and some amazing people. This would not be possible without this tag and I am thankful for it. There have been some debate about changing the name of #militarymon to see if we can trend it and I am guilty of that but in my opinion it is already a success.
Once this petition gets to 10,000 signatures we can start sending it to @Twitter and see if they'll take any action or at least give us an explanation
Thank you
Dave Murphy
