Ministry of Labour "Tips are not Wages"

Did you know that there are 3 levels of minimum wage?
Did you know that "liquor servers" are at the bottom of this scale, earning only $8.90 per hour, as of March 31, 2010?
Did you know that the Ministry of Labour says it's o.k. to pay this low wage, as "liquor servers" earn tips and gratuities?
Did you know that the Ministry of Labour stipulates that "tips are not wages", therefore, our Employer's can keep any or all of our tips?
Did you know that Canada Revenue Agency stipulates that tips are wages and therefore must be declared as income and taxed?
By signing this petition, we are asking that the Ministry of Labour stipulate that "tips are in fact wages", as Canada Revenue Agency already does. That tips are owned by the "liqour servers", and subject to taxes, and that Employer's have no right to take any percentage for any reason.
