MN202 - Poor quality of teaching and marking severity

This petition has been signed by MN202 students who are dissatisfied with the teaching quailty of the course, unorganised work manner, lack of help regarding assignments and unfair marking with regards to the second assignment.

It has also been signed with regards to the exam, where the students have felt that the poor quality of teaching has lead to their poor performance in their exam. This is particularly important for Finalists who have had to do this course, and as a result this course has a higher weighting for them.

This action will hopefully result in a reassessment of the marking severity of the coursework and a reevaluation of the examination marking criterion.

The following measure was deemed necessary because many of the Mn 202 students do not feel that their efforts have been fully rewarded. Instead many have now become deeply concerned over the grade they might achieve in the examination; potentially affecting their overall degree classification.
