Montrose/355 Parking Fee

Montgomery County starting Oct. 22, 2000 want to charge $45.00monthly. Parking has been freeup until now and because the countysaids, It wants to alleviate traffic. Just look at the overcrowded businesses who have created this. Where are taxes going?
