More School Needed in Puchong

The petition objective to gather support signatures of those who are in favour of the Malaysian Ministry of Education to consider allocating more national agama, chinese and tamil schools in the Puchong, Selangor area.
Currently there is an overcrowding issue in existing national agama, chinese, and tamil schools. The ratio of teacher to students has been increasing over the years. Application for this school has a ridiculous waiting list.
As it stands, students are being deprived of their education based on their own area of residency. Some have to travel further away and get stuck in the bad Klang Valley traffic jam. As a result, most students end up with less sleep as they have to get up early and buffer more time for travelling. By having less sleep, their concentration in class is affected negatively.
We would like to invite all concerned Puchong residents and parents to show your support on this issue by signing this petition. We want to highlight to the government and ministry to resolve this long standing issue of shortage of agama, chinese and tamil schools.

懇請各界人士，簽署此請願書，以促請馬來西亞教育部在雪兰莪，蒲种地区增建國民型宗教學校，華小，淡米爾小學及中学。
近年來，以上三類學校皆面對供不應求、嚴重爆滿的問題。師生人數逐年增加，而增建學校的申請卻被擱置。
由於學校分配以住家地址為準，因此剝削了學生選擇心屬學校的機會。另外，一些學生則被迫舟車勞頓，到遠處的學校就讀。為了避免吧生谷交通阻塞而遲到，學生被迫早起。由於睡眠不足，學生的學習進度也受到影響。
懇請蒲种居民和家长簽署此請願書，以示支持。我们要政府著手解决以上三類學校短缺所面對的問題。
