The city has proposed building a park at the city-owned Fair Oaks Industrial Business Park at 1010-1024 Morse Ave. It will cost the city $3.5 million to demolish it and turn it into a park. This park was originally proposed for construction in 2007, but it has been pushed back a couple of times. It is currently scheduled for construction beginning in 2010, but it does not yet have a pledge of funding for this date.
