In Feb. 2003 my husband was arrested and convicted of 3 felonies. He was accused of trying to meet an underage girl he met on the internet for sex.He was labeled a sexual predator. There was never any physical crime committed, only internet conversations.He is a first time non-violent offender who should have gotten probation and counseling. He has served almost 3 months of a 1yr sentence. We have filed for judicial release once and were denied. We are going to file again soon. I believe that he has served more time that what he deserved since he has been labeled for life as a sex offender. This punishment is unfair and he should be released. He has learned a lesson from this and needs to be given an opportunity to prove it. Please help me show the courts he deserves a second chance. Please sign this petition is support of him being granted Judicial Release.
