Mountain bike access to the Sea to Sea Green Blue Belt (Harbourview)

There is potential for a large park near Sooke on Vancouver Island B.C. to open as a large multi-use area. The Capital Regional District (CRD) is currently creating a management plan for the "Sea to Sea Green Blue Belt however, there is a good chance that mountain bikers will be restricted to a very limited area of the park. There is no research indicating that mountain bikers should be restricted. The South Island Mountain Bike Society cannot support these restrictions and we need your help to voice our opinion. The CRD advisory board has no representation from mountain bikers and we need to let them know that we want complete access.
We need to let the CRD know that we will not tolerate these restrictions before the plan is approved.
