Muni Lot Open Time

We the undersigned object to the change in the opening time for the Cleveland Municipal Parking Lot located on South Marginal Road. It was stated in a flyer that was distributed to those parked in this lot on Saturday August 21, 2010 that this lot's opening time will change from the prior 4 am to 7 am and the cost for parking will change from $15.00 to $20.00. While the increase in cost is understandable, the elimination of three hours of use in addition to a price increase is not.
We are concerned that those who usually arrive early will now have to wait in extended lines. This may lead to safety concerns because of stopped traffic on the Shoreway.
We would like to ask Commissioner Liegh Stevens to please reconsider his decision in regards to changing the lot's opening time. We are loyal supporters of our home team, the Cleveland Browns, and also take great pride in the fact that we are tailgaters in the legendary "Muni Lot." Thank you for your time and consideration in this matter.
