Neopets needs to know that we mean business. I recently sent them the e-mail below. If you agree with the fact we are being treated unfairly please sign this petition letting Neopets know that we mean business!!

To Whom it May Concern,

Hello, my name is Bridgette Lutz and I have been a loyal customer of neopets for approximately five long and enjoyable years. Over the years I have witnessed The Neopets Team greatly let me down as well as other fellow neopets players.

As far as I can recall, I've been playing neopets since I was 13 years old (now 18.) I've made my deal of childish mistakes including being scammed, breaking rules, etc... In these 5 years I have learned how to play fairly and since Neopets has it's deal of scammers I learned quickley how to protect myself against them. If I had not learned about scams through neopets, I am sure I would have fallen for quite a few internet scams as well.

I've bought an ENORMOUS amount of Neopets merchandise and continue to do so. I have around 30 of the Mcdonald's toys, the entire original display center from Mcdonald's, hand held games, voice activated pets, a menagerie of stickers, and plushies. I advertise for neopets like you wouldn't believe. You may say psycho, but I am a huge fan of Neopets. I think it teaches young people a wide variety of things such as: Fair Play, Leadership, Socializing, Following Rules, and a few other things. I have referred friends that are now loyal and fair players of Neopets as well.

You may be asking yourself what is my point. My point is that, as a member of Neopets and a promoter of Neopets, and financial supporter, other players and I deserve common courtesies. If I buy a hair shampoo and it isn't up to my standards, I can call the number on the back and after a bit of waiting, can talk to a live person who is both friendly and willing to relate to whatever circumstance that I have expirenced. Sometimes they don't speak English well but always have been skilled in CPR (Customer Problem Resolution). Even though you don't charge for your site, your website exists because of us. You all continue to have jobs because of us. We are the future of your website.

My problem is that I have had countless problems lately with neopets and when I have reached out for help, and waited for a mimimum of two weeks before I have recieved a human reply..... Then I receive a reply that is so vague my time has been COMPLETELY wasted and NOTHING has been resolved!

For example, I hadn't been on neopets for 2 days when my account Velvetstar was frozen for "Making neopoints on MANY accounts". That account was NOT scammed, and it had NOT been used to make neopoints even mistakingly. Obviously it was a mistake that it was frozen but even still it remains frozen. I didn't get a warning, I did not get suspended it was FROZEN and I have yet to get a decent reply about it. There are a few other things that I would love to elaborate on as well, but until I am sure this e-mail is even read I'm not going to waste my time. This e-mail isn't about just me, though it is about the need for all of us to be heard and appreciated.

To return to what I said once again, without us (the players) you do not have a website or a business. PLEASE if you want to keep our business, treat us as customers. Be appreciative that we are taking time to play your website instead of treating us like an inconvenience. You need to keep in mind that many of us spend hours, days or longer playing at your website, we earn neopoints and have neo accounts, which should be guaranteed and only frozen or eliminated after due course. Clear warnings of rule violations and notice is given in a normal court, especially when no no ill intent is involved. In this case, I was not given a warning or anything just hours and days down the drain and a frozen account. Whatever happened to innocent until proven guilty.

My loyalty is fierce and I will continue to support you because I understand that your business has increased to an almost immeasurable amount in a short amount of time and it is hard to keep up with all your customers. While I will fight for a while to suck it up, I will be leaving neopets and I will NOT support them anymore. I will encourage others to do the same. Statistics show that the best form of advertisement is word of mouth, and I have a very very big mouth! We are all important and if we are not treated like important assets instead of expendable, unnecessary incoveniences there is no reason not to find a new game!!! Maybe less fun, but worth it to get the treatment that we deserve. I know for a fact that many would much rather play a website with terribly graphics and little content if they were treated properly.

I'm absolutely apalled at the service that I have recieved and I would really like to know that SOMONE out there in The Neopets Team cyberspace has heard my cry. I'm anxiously awaiting a response to this message. If I am lucky I would REALLY appreciate a warm human body to talk to including more than one poorly formed sentence. Please, do NOT hesitate to even call me on the phone.
