Netflix - Don't Hike the Price!

Greetings,

We, the undersigned, feel that we have been wronged with your recent price hike and should be compensated by demanding that Netflix return to it's old price of **$5 a month** as the starting price. Consider the following:

One DVD disc alone weights 0.56 ounces.
It's shipped in a regular envelope "with a rigid object" (that being the DVD).
When this is put together on USPS.com's postage calculator, the price comes to $0.64.
That's $7.99 profit made from each streaming only member (who don't get DVDs to begin with!) and that's $9.35 made from each 1 DVD member! The numbers grow to be more ridiculous, of course.

Here are the proposed new rates:
$5/month for streaming and 1 DVD (that comes to $4.35 profit made off each member who selects this!)
$6/month for streaming and 2 DVDs
$7/month for streaming and 3 DVDs
$8/month for streaming and 4 DVDs
$9/month for streaming and 5 DVDs
$10/month for streaming and 6 DVDs
$11/month for streaming and 7 DVDs
$12/month for streaming and 8 DVDs (that's a whopping $10.44 profit made off each member who selects this!)

Do consider this as many members are very upset with the new hike. Mind you, Redbox and Blockbuster DO have competitive offers. Knock the competition down by making your customers happy.
