New AOL Pey-Per-Minute Helpline

AOL have recently deciided that they will install a Pay-Per-Minute helpline for all AOL users as a replacement for the standard, free, 0800 numbers. This is appaling and is practically 'downgrading' the service and should not be allowed to continue. This petition is made to allow AOL users in the UK to unite against this pathetic excuse for larger income to the AOL service.
