Whereas Mr. Carl Lindner is leading this team to its grave and
Whereas the Reds are turning into the Expos
Whereas the General Manager Dan O'Brien is doing absolutely nothing to try to improve the situation and
Whereas all Carl Lindner has done is lie to not only the fans of Cincinnati and the Reds fans all over the world and
Whereas Mr. O'Brien, everyday only shows the world how lazy a General Manager can be and
Whereas Mr. Lindner does nothing to improve the deplorable situation of the Reds and
Whereas the fans of Reds are incredibly saddened and dismayed at the current situation
Do propose, that Carl Lindner sell the team to someone who actually cares about baseball in Cincinnati. Who respects the city of Cincinnati enough, to actually invest in the future of it, and who will also push forward the hopes of many fans. Including the ideas of bringing in free agents, and especially GOOD PITCHING to Cincinnati. To someone who won't be afraid to pull of trades, and someone who isn't afraid to give hope back to the fans, who have supported this team through thick and through thin. We as fans expect at least a little effort by management and ownership of the Cincinnati Reds. As is expected by any fan of any team, we don't believe we are asking to much. We simply want whoever is running the team, to make strides in making us a much better team.
Pitching has been missing for decades. Experiments are costing us dearly. It's time for another change in Cincinnati, if you aren't going to do anything, its about time you left.
