New features for Motorola Vxxx mobile phone

Dear director manager:

We all have Motorola v3xx, v5xx or v6xx cellular phones. Were really very happy with them and with their features. We actually think these phones are very complete comparing with the rest of available ones. However, they have some lacks we think important enough nowadays:

1.- The possibility of choosing the compression level of the pictures taken with the phone.
2.- The possibility of the phone ringing and vibrating at the same time.
3.- The possibility of transferring the voice notes to the computer and playing them in the cellular speaker.
4.- The possibility of showing the address book records in the SIM card, those ones stored in the phone memory or displaying both at the same time, depending on the choice of the user.

We present these ideas with the proposal of getting new firmwares including the features mentioned above.

1.- Its a shame the large compression the cellular makes in the pictures taken affects to the final quality of these photos. This feature turns the high-quality photos got by the phone camara in less-quality pictures, in some cases worse than the ones got by another phones with a no so good camara.

2.- The second feature is not understood by most of the users of these phones. We think there are not technical barriers in the terminals to avoid it, and its an improvement quite interesting for all of us. Like in most of the phones of other companies, we think that the best solution would be the possibility of activating or not the vibrator apart of the ring signal. We dont want to get rid of the current configuration, its a good idea the fact of beginning with the vibrator and in a while starting with the tone; we just think in improving it and make it more personalized giving the possibility of shaping yourself your own tone.

3.- Referring to the third feature, we think the possibility of transferring easily the voice notes from the phone to the computer would be quite useful. And it would be also interesting the feature of listening to them through the phone speaker.

4.- Finally, and to make more comfortable the management of the address book records, it would be desirable to have the option of watching, depending of the user choice, the records included in the SIM card, or in the phone memory, or both at the same time.

Hoping that Motorola will listen to their customers (other companies wouldn't do), we make these requests supposing that its possible to achieve them just modifying not too much the existing software. As you can see, we ask for these changes not like a personal whim; were a quite big community of Motorola users that have analysed carefully the real possibilities of the mentioned phones. After that, we think those four features (most of them already included in similar models, sometimes even in not-so-advanced phones) will improve your phones quite a lot and make it more competitive and complete.
