Nextel i930 Decertification Patch Request

We, the undersigned, request a decertification patch for the Motorola i930 Smartphone from Nextel. The phone's current operating system prevents installation of all but a few certified programs, crippling its usefulness. The certification requirement is so crippling that even apps listed on Nextel's website as approved do not work!
