NO BED AND BREAKFASTS IN MAPLEWOOD!
We support the unanimous findings of the four member Planning Board's Sub-Committee on Bed and Breakfast Ordinances, who recommended against B&BS in our town, stating in their report:
"1. There is, at best, only weak economic justification for allowing B&Bs in the Township.
2. The potential for resistance is very high.
3. There may be great difficulty in regulating this use."
We also believe that the Township should protect our neighborhoods from frivolous reasons to change residential zoning.
