No Cars at Pike Place Market

Ban all non-delivery and non-emergency vehicles at Pike Place Market. This would be beneficial for the safety of pedestrians, preservation of architecture, and to eliminate the majority of the traffic in the area caused by people trying to turn into the market. Only delivery vehicles and vehicles owned by shop employees should be driven in Pike Place. Tickets issued to people breaking this law could help a cash-starved Seattle raise some easy revenue. Lower traffic would encourage more foot traffic.
