There is a very poor attendance of our Minister's in the PARLIAMENT. It seems that the welfare of the citizens are only remembered during the elections.
75% attendance should be made compulsary for the MP's to become Minister's. If they do not have 75% attendance in a particular year then they cannot be allocated the portfolio of Minister's.
I strongly hope that if this petition is brought into act, it will bring a dramatic change in the democracy of the country.
