NO to the Quay School on Turlin Moor

We, the undersigned, ask Poole Borough Council to stop the plans to convert the old first school building to part of The Quay School for excluded teenagers in September 2011 and undertake a proper consultation with the residents of the estate.
This petition has been established because many parents and residents in the community on Turlin Moor in Poole are concerned about the plans. The local police also object very strongly to this school moving to the estate.
The consultation had been minimal and very rushed. We believe that much more thought needs to go into whether this is the right decision for the community.
