In order to properly support Khaled Mardam-Bey, and in order to support his right to decide what to include in software he has written, and further to affirm his intellectual property rights he should continue to ignore those who fervently demand UTF-8 encoding be included in mIRC, at least until such point in time as they all register their copies and support Khaled Mardam-Bey's work.
