When support is needed, the only other option is to email O2. It can often take a long time to receive a reply and is simply not good enough.
As the online tariffs offer good prices, it is understandable that O2 must make their money by other means. However, 50 pence per minute to receive support is ridiculous.
Each of the undersigned agree with the following statement:
O2 Limited should offer online pay monthly customers and pay as you go customers phone support at no cost. This should be in the form of a national rate number or a freephone number, similar to the support provided for non-online customers.
