I Lois Nixon Bunt, reside at 150 Oak Spring Drive, Pell City, Alabama 35125. I am requesting that all occupants of "Oakwood Subdivision" sign this petition regarding the following:
The undersigned names do hereby agree that Lois Nixon Bunt a resident of "Oakwood Subdivision" has our permission to legally add a home to each acre located at 150 Oak Spring Drive, Pell City, Alabama 35125.
As stated in the legal contract dated in 1990, only one home can be located on said property. After the first ten years the contract can be renewed and if resident wants to make any changes to said contract there must be at least 75\% agreement of all occupants located in said subdivision.
I Lois Nixon Bunt will have this peition recorded as long as it meets the requirements listed above.
