As the class of 2006 at Union College we feel that each of us should have the option to live off-campus our senior year. College is supposed to prepare its studnets for the rest of their lives, and the administration's residential policy change hinders our transition into the "real world". Our requests were not taken into consideration and this petition demonstrates our right to choose.

I think that as a senior the option to live off campus should not be based on a lottery. There is no need for a lottery for students that want to live off campus, if they want to stop wasting money on housing it shouldn't be decided by the Res office. How
