Monday through Friday I head to work at around 6am and end up getting home around 6pm (PST), stressed and tired. There are only a handful of things that I want to do for those few hours of I have of "peace" before I retire to bed and start the mundane cycle all over again.
Yet it seems as if every day the last week, right when I come home and start a quest in World of Warcraft I get the dreaded "Shutdown in 15:00" message and am forced to play on another server.
While I expect there to be downtimes and maintenance needed, I also expect that if these hours exceed a certain amount of time that the PLAYERS be compensated. We give money every month so that we can have full access to a game, and I expect as much.
Below are the signatures of players that agree with me. I hope Blizzard can keep it's good reputation for Customer Service and help us remember why we keep paying these monthly fees.
