On May 10th and 11th, 2003, Paul McCartney played two historic concerts in Rome.
The first evening, he played a charity show inside the Coliseum for a small audience of about 300 people.
The following night, outside the Coliseum, Paul assemble a warm audience of more than 500,000 people, for one of the biggest concerts, if not the biggest, in his solo career. This unique event was recorded professionally (both the audio and the video) but, mysteriously, is still locked up in McCartney's private archive.
The Italian Paul McCartney Fan Club "Macca Planet" would like to ask MPL Communications and the Italian organizers, Telecom Italia and the Rome Town Council, to give light again to that magical night by authorizing a double DVD release of the show.
