Pennsylvania School Bus Seatbelts KM

I believe seat belts on school buses would be a safer way to travel to school. If every bus had seat belts, childrens' safety would not be in danger. If bus drivers are in a hurry the childrens' safety would not be in danger. The children could hit their heads on the seat in front of them or on the window next to them, or they could even be thrown into the aisle. Even though having seat belts would cost a lot of money in the long run it would insure the childrens' safety. I hope you support my opinion.
