Penrith venue for live music

With the lack of venues for live music in the Western Sydney area and a growing culture of youths who support and follow local music and live bands we are looking to setup an ongoing venue to host gigs, festivals, and other events with the purpose of getting youths off the street and offer a great, safe venue for the youth of today.
There are a small handful of venues capable to hold up to 200 but with the ever growing scene of today this is not enough. We are looking at getting a large venue to hold at least 1000 people, with the intention of hosting international and local bands, festivals, and many other events. The music will be mostly punk/hardcore oriented but will have the occasional techno/trance/house music.
If you think its a good idea for a permanent venue for large international and local bands such as Poison The Well, Atreyu, Millencolin, Goldfinger, As I Lay Dying, Killswitch Engage, Parkway Drive, Evergreen Terrace, The Cadence Method, Behind Crimson Eyes and MANY more....

the embassy hotel being shutdown for underage shows led to kids ending up on the streets. probably not the best thing the council/police could have done. get the shows running again, and give the youth something to occupy our time other than things such a
