Permanently Change Halloween to the Last Saturday of Every October

If Thanksgiving can be on the fourth Thursday of every November (or second Monday of every October for all you Canadians), then why can't Halloween be on the last Saturday of every October? This way, kids will have a more enjoyable trick-or-treating experience due to the fact that there will be no school the next day. Also, Halloween parties will be more livelier and party goers will not need to worry about waking up early the next morning to go to work. It just makes so much sense, because Halloween is basically an excuse to party, so why not make it on a day where throwing and attending parties are most convenient? This petition is for anyone who wants Halloween permanently moved to the last Saturday of every October. Lets spread the word and make history!
