We, the Patrons of Sony Online Entertainment (SOE), of the Lucan D'Lere server hereby demand the attention of SOE to the highest level of their corporation.



We OBJECT to the SOE transfer policy that has allowed an entire Organization of individuals to transfer from one server to Lucan D'Lere and diminish the environment and quality of the Lucan D'Lere ROLEPLAYING server.



We OBJECT to the damage that they have done to the FAMILY FRIENDLY atmosphere that Lucan D'Lere had come to be known for.



We OBJECT to the disregard and insensitivty that SOE staff members have shown due to this problem.

A plain word customer point of view on this situation:



Lucan D'Lere is the only server that SOE designates as 'RP Strongly Preferred'. This server has always been haven for those of us that dislike the mainstream servers and the RP/Family unfriendly environments that are created on them. Many of us have toiled our way up on Lucan D'Lere, a server that was more about people than levels and 'loot', to accomplish many great things, of which have been shadowed and cast down by the arrival of the group of people wearing the Guild Tag 'Defiance'.



These people, while they may not be 'bad' themselves, have destroyed the wonderful balance and everything that so many have been working for paying and playing your game over the past months. Every server has its balance, its social atmosphere that becomes 95\% of why people continue to play long after boredom of the actual game sets in. This social atmosphere on Lucan D'Lere has been SEVERELY tainted by the arrival of this group of people.



One of the major parts of the server's Social Atmosphere comes from the status gained by individuals that accomplish things no one else is doing such as killing difficult mobs or completing landmark accomplishments like level thirty guilds. On our server, before Defiance came, there were very few organizations that were capable of such things, and only one that was actually accomplishing such things.



Now that you have let this other guild transfer here, that has had months to do the things on their other server that are just now being realized here, much of the sense of wonder and promise of future goals and accomplishments has been ruined for those of us that have started on this server, toiled on this server, and belong on this server.



These people are not Role Players. Why do you maintain a Role Play server if you are not going to preserve the Role Play atmosphere those that come here for it? It is like saying 'This Hotel has Air Conditioning!' but never turning it on. False advertising.



SOE does not have a reputation for caring about their customers at all, but we hope coming to you in a single voice, in a single request for the good of all on our formerly wonderful Lucan D'Lere server, that you will listen and take action.

We demand that you return this guild to their former server.



We hereby request that you allow no more group moves like this to the Lucan D'Lere server again in the future, even limiting the number of, or flat out denying, people that can transfer to this server at all due to its Role Play nature.



We hereby request that you place a disclaimer which people must agree to when coming to play on Lucan D'Lere that they will maintain the RP environment that this server was set aside to offer.
