On may 25th the website altporn.net posted an article with clearly defamatory content about the website www.dangerousdolls.com and its owners.

This article contends in both its title and the very first written line that the owners of dangrousdolls.com had been distributing child pornography (CP).

Don Parret, one of the editors at XBIZ.com agrees that the use of the XBIZ article was disingenuous in nature and that attempting to link Dangerousdolls.com and its owners to child pornography was unwarranted.

1. That altporn.net remove this article (http://altporn.net/news/2010/05/25/dangerous-dolls-operators-named-in-federal-suit-for-cp/) from their website and issue an apology to the owners, models, photographers and production staff of dangerousdolls.com

We understand that the insinuation of any criminal activity or involvement with child pornography (CP) was a malicious and unfounded act of defamation on our part.
The owner/operators of Dangerousdolls.com have in now way now or ever been involved in any criminal activity or child pornography in any way shape or form to the best of our knowledge and understanding.
We (the undersigned) have removed this article and will, in the future, avoid unfairly labeling or posting defamatory claims about individuals or business owners.
