Petition for a Stronger U.N.

Since the Iraqi and Chechnya wars, United Nations became another "Sociйtй des Nations"... An organization to prevent wars, genocides, to promote peace and to provide help to the Humanity but without any resources, nor army to control our modern empires such as the USA, Russia, Israel or China that are violating many U.N. resolutions each year in the bombing of civilian areas or in the deportation of local populations.

I propose that the U.N., with fixed contributions of each country member, create an independent and autonomous army with his own voluntary soldiers to protect civilians from genocides when our nations don't want to act against an economical partner.

The Darfur and Rwanda crisis are examples of the inaction of our governments and that U.N. don't have the resources to prevent itself against massacres against Humanity because governments prefer acting only when its own interests or when its economy are in cause.
