Whereas Fran Stauff has:





Broken the Core Vaule of growth


1.in that she refuses to embrace change.





Broken the Core Value of Safety


1.in that she does not make emotional safety by causing turmoil, undue stress, aggrivation, and anger.


2.in that she does not protect responsible communication by consistantly being vague, interrupting, and threatening and bullying any student that disagrees with her.





Broken the Core Value of Integrity


1. by lying and deciving and manipulating circumstances to fit her own agenda





Broken the Core Value of Individual Accountability





1. in that she consistantly denies any wrong doing


2. addresses concerns at her own pace, which is usually long enough for the individuals concerned to forget the situation


3. she prevents fun through her deciet, lies, and outright tyranny.





Broken the Core Value of Respect


1. in that she does not effectively listen and when she does listen she twists what is said to fit her own agenda.


2. she is unapproachable by her agressive and argumentative attitude, blatent hostility, deciet, lies, and tyranny.


3. In that she vaules some students over others


4. in that shes does not adhere to nor provide open, clear, and honesst communication

1. in that she does not modal ANY Core Value


2. in that she does not exceed or even meet the client's standards, the student's standards, CSD's standards, or PJCA's standards.





Therefore the undersigned students ask for the Swift and permanent dismissal of Fran Stauff Wing 1 RA.
