We, the undersigned, are writing in support of James Karagiannis, aka the "James the Ice Creamcycle Dude." In our city we sorely lack the vitality and color of good product and vendors that James provides. By creating roadblocks to Mr. Karagiannis' success as an environmentally sound vendor that employs eight individuals, there will be less and less entrepreneurship to bolster, not only the economy, but the vision of a future for many of our young people now making a speedy exit out of town.
