We, the residents of Cromwell living in the vicinity of Rookies Sports Bar and Grille, are concerned about the frequent loud music late at night coming from Rookies. The low bass frequencies are particularly disturbing. In the interest of fostering a community of mutual respect between business and residential neighbors, we request that Rookies and the Town of Cromwell take appropriate steps to resolve this issue to the satisfaction of the residential community.
