Please, bring back the relationship between Tim and Lyla

We, the fans of Friday Night Lights, would like to thank you for the amazing show you have given us this past season. We are proud to be loyal viewers of one of the best written shows on television. The storylines and the character developments you have created continue to impress us. We are entirely confident in your abilities and talents to create compelling stories that always keep us interested and involved. One of the best aspects of season one was the chemistry between Tim Riggins and Lyla Garrity. Their relationship may have started on the wrong foot and in the wrong circumstances, but we know in our hearts that they go deeper than just a mistake or an affair. They both have found hope in each other when everything was falling apart and when they were about to give up on their lives. We were all captivated by their undeniable chemistry. We enjoyed every moment these two had. In the few, but substantial episodes, you've shown us the Tim and Lyla relationship, we learned to live with them. We cried, we laughed, we cheered, and most importantly we learned how to love with them. When Tim realized and even admitted that he is in love with Lyla, we felt happy and estatic. Who wouldnt right? It is not everyday you see Tim having these kinds of feelings for a girl. So we really felt sad and disappointed when everything was just left there, but we know and trust that you, the writers, wont do that to the fans.

You have given us a small taste of a couple that could grow to be something truly amazing. We would like to thank you for allowing us to fall in love with them. Additionally, we want to let you know that we are hoping that, in this coming season, Tyla will be further explored, We are very hopeful that youll give this couple a chance. We know that it is not going to be fast and easy, but we are willing to wait for them to grow as individuals, and hopefully as a couple.

The Tim and Lyla fans thank you again for a great show last season, and hopefully the next season will be even better.
