Pocket Bikes

I, as a family man, find the sale and use of completely illegal "pocket bikes" nothing short of terrorism.

The children on my street range in age between 3 and 15.
The "pocket bike" users are around 12

They are far too loud, the users do not adequately protect themselves with proper headgear or padding. They are nothing more than buy-off by a less than qualified parent. The parents of the "pocket bike" users are nothing more than a wallet. A real parent would never stand for reckless endangerment of innocents that these users enjoy.

Last year I told one of these users, to stop driving around my kids, and the neighbour's kids, because it's dangerous, and he could hurt someone.

The excuse for a father threatened me for telling his kid to stop.
The infamous four-letter word, and off are the extreme limit of his vocabulary, and proof that he is not qualified to be a parent.

These are not toys, they are weapons, they are used for intimidation.
And that is nothing short of terrorism in your own neighbourhood.

Merely being illegal for street use has yet to prevent these machines from multiplying.

I want the production, sale, and use of these vehicles on public roads to be punishable by law, with significant jail time. Nothing less will guarantee the safety of our children against locals that instill terror by using these menacing machines for the purpose of intimidation.
