Proper Recycling of CFLs

WalMart's goal is to sell more than 100 million CFLs (Compact Fluorescent Lamps) in 2007. Good Job WalMart! But it would be great if you would have proper disposal for CFLs as well. I propose that WalMart should take back used CFLs and properly dispose of them due to their toxic mercury content.
